Adrian Esparza, Adriana Lara, and Mario Ybarra, Jr. are coming in from El Paso, Mexico City, and Los Angeles to reside at Artpace in San Antonio. The welcome party and community potluck for them will include a potato recipe throwdown (cookoff? bake-off?). "Celebrity judges" will sample latkas, soup, fries, whatever, but all entries must utilize the potato to be considered by a panel of celebrity judges. RSVP by today.
