Dario Robleto, Terry Allen, and Rick Lowe have been named 2009 USA Fellows by United States Artists, a grant giving organization begun in 2005 with $22 million from the Ford, Rockefeller, Prudential, and Rasmuson Foundations that has been handing out the unrestricted $50,000 grants to fifty artists per year.
