From Barbara Davis Gallery: "Barbara Davis Gallery is pleased to announce "More tomorrow than today", an exhibition of recent paintings and installation by London-based artist Danny Rolph, his seventh solo show at the gallery. Rolph is exhibiting a new body of work that has been made in London and in Houston following a short residency in the city. It will consist of his signature Triplewall paintings as well as new canvases and a site specific installation in the gallery. The exhibition's title "More tomorrow than today" is a nod to one of his favourite tracks by Charles Earland "More today than yesterday" a great musician that continues to inspire him."
