KINGSPOINT, billed a “Houston’s largest graffiti mecca” (and recent recipient of a $4000 Idea Fund grant for 2012) is back with a vengeance as graffiti artist skeez181 & Southern Artists Foundation, in association with The SOS Pit Crew present the all-day Kingspoint Graffiti Date. On Friday, January 27 (that’s TODAY!) there will be live graffiti exhibitions by noted writers from Houston and elsewhere, including:

DENSE83 (Chicago,IL)
ESTOROC (Miami, FL)
JERK (San Pedro, CA)
SIEGO RSA(H-Town)

SKEEZ181 (H-Town)
Although it’s not an open call to paint, for a small donation or a canned good as admission fee, artists arriving at the scene with full color sketches of what they’d like to paint will be screened by SKEEZ, and, if approved, assigned a section of wall. Bring your own paints and equipment. Begins at 11am and continues on into the night.
