Irving native, ex-gallerist, and Glasstire contributor Christina Rees is the new curator of The Art Galleries at TCU, including Ft. Worth Contemporary Arts on Berry st. Her first show at the new gig, the sprawling Death of a Propane Salesman: Anxiety and the Texas Artist, featuring Eric Zimmerman, Jeff Zilm, Terri Thornton, Seth Alverson, Kevin Todora, Michael Bise, Edward Setina, Matthew Bourbon, Vernon Fisher, Lawrence Lee, Margaret Meehan, Amy Revier, amd Ludwig Schwarz opens October 30.
