So the Houston Chronicle has gone and compared Houston and Dallas based on the arts (since the Texans are a joke — not that the Cowboys are great, but at least they've got a chance to win their division, and they didn't completely muff the #1 draft pick). Is there really a meaningful rivalry, or is it just that Houston (as many Dallasites claim) has an irrational obsession with outdoing Big D?
