Describing the Dallas Contemporary's Legend Awards as "the equivalent of an Oscar in Dallas' art world" (as their press release does) seems to edge a bit too close to delusional hyperbole if you ask us… but hey, who's asking. This year they're honoring good people: elder statesmen Roger Winter [artist] and William B. Jordan [arts professional], and collectors Cindy and Howard Rachofsky.
